API & Technical Details

Automatic Indexing

Products are automatically indexed via Shopify webhooks when created or updated. The indexing process runs in the background and doesn't require manual intervention. You can also manually trigger a full product sync from the Indexing Status page.

Data Storage

Product data is stored in a secure database optimized for search performance. Images are referenced by URL from Shopify's CDN. The app uses Shopify's GraphQL and REST APIs to fetch and index product data.

Search Performance

The search engine is optimized for fast queries with indexed database fields. Search results are returned instantly, and filtering operations are efficient even with large product catalogs. The app respects Shopify's API rate limits during indexing operations.
